Mike has led TSS since its inception in 2014 having overseen its development into a leading maritime security firm specializing in cruise terminal security, cargo facility security, crew safeguarding services, MTSA & ISPS consulting and education.
Mike is a former Lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard. Prior to establishing TSS for Nautilus, Mike served in a number of senior positions for McRoberts Protective Agency, Inc. culminating as Vice President of its maritime division, McRoberts Maritime Security, with responsibility for all cruise and cargo security business west of the Mississippi including New Orleans, Galveston, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Longview (WA) and Seattle. Previously he was Assistant Vice President responsible for McRoberts’ cruise and cargo security contracts in the Port of Miami and Port Everglades.
Mr. Lee holds a B.A. from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, is formerly a 100-ton Merchant Mariner Captain’s License holder and is certified by Florida Tech as an ISPS and MTSA Instructor. He has also been recognized for his expertise in maritime piracy and terrorism, appearing on CNN, Fox News and BBC World News, as well as in newspapers and published in periodicals such as the NY Daily News, Sun Sentinel, FoxNews.com, the Huffington Post and Coast Guard Proceedings.
JOSE SERRANO
Director of Operations

Jose is a fixture in the maritime security and cruise community, known best for his tenure as manager of cruise terminal security operations in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Jose began his career in 1998 with McRoberts Protective Agency in their Safeguard Division, then as terminal Supervisor (2000-02) and Operations Manager (2003-18) for McRoberts Maritime Security. In July 2018, Jose joined TSS to manage their new account with Disney Cruise Line in Port Canaveral, FL. In April 2019, Jose was promoted to Director of Operations, overseeing all TSS operations in Florida and current safeguarding business. Jose is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico, a licensed Private Investigator in Puerto Rico and a certified Facility Security Officer (FSO).
KEITH DOVE
Director of Compliance

Keith began his maritime security career at American Guard Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Worldwide Sourcing Group Inc., in 2007 where he was Director of Maritime Operations (2007-10) that included responsibility for cruise industry business. Keith was subsequently promoted to parent company positions including Director of Risk Management (2010-12) and Director of Human Resources and Compliance (2017-20). Keith joined TSS in March 2020 as Director of Compliance, a newly created position to support TSS’ growth plans. Keith is a 15 year veteran of U.S. Air Force where he was a non-commissioned officer. Following his military service, Keith was Director of Law Enforcement for Paige’s Security Services at the Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, CA 1995-1997. Following his stint in private security, Keith became a police officer and a member of the LA County Sheriff’s Department, 1998-2008.
WAYNE PACK
Director of Training

Wayne Pack began his security career at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he was a certified Transportation Security Administration (TSA) instructor and a graduate of the TSA screener course in Oklahoma City. While at Homeland Security, Wayne trained TSA airport screeners on all facets of passenger checkpoint procedures and explosive trace detection systems. Prior to joining Homeland Security, he served at Air Midwest Airlines and US Airways in a series of progressively responsible management positions, including Manager of In-Flight Services and In-Flight Training Specialist. In 2003, Wayne was hired as Director of Training for McRoberts Maritime Security where he was responsible for their screener training program, among other compliance and training responsibilities, nationwide. In March 2017, Wayne joined TSS as Director of Training. Wayne has a B.S. in Business Administration from Missouri State University. Wayne is a graduate of TSS’ USCG accredited Facility Security Officer Course.
